Lemon Slush



Lemon Slush Bev Bateman

1. Boil together:      2 cups sugar and 1 cup water
2. Soften 1 pkg. gelatin in 5 Tb. cold water
Add to hot liquid and stir.
3. Add:           3 cups cold water
                        Juice and grated rind of 3 lemons

4. Freeze until slushy.
5. Beat until frothy and freeze again.
6. Serve with 7-up.
