Fry
1 lb. ground beef with 1 large onion, chopped fine
Add:
2 large cans (28 oz) tomatoes
1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (12 oz) corn
1 tablespoon taco seasoning or more to
taste
Cover
and simmer 1 hour.
Add: 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans - mashed a bit
( Or ¼ - 1/3 cup dried refried
beans. These should be added before simmering.)
Serve
with sour cream, corn chips and grated cheddar cheese.
