Ginger Snaps – Olivet Prince
Cream: ¾
cup margarine
Add: 1
c. sugar
¼
cup molasses
1
egg
Mix well and add: 2 cups flour
1
Tb. ginger
2
tsp. baking soda
1
tsp. cinnamon
½
tsp. salt
Form into balls. Roll in sugar. Do not flatten.
Place on greased baking pan.
Bake at 350*
