Rhubarb

1 yellow or golden cake mix
6 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream
Prepare cake mix according to directions on
package.
Pour into deep 9x13 inch pan.
Top with uncooked rhubarb, then sprinkle sugar on
top.
Pour whipping cream over the whole thing. Do not
mix in.
Bake at 350* for 45 – 60 minutes.
Set in refrigerator overnight.
