Never-Fail
Egg Noodles
3 eggs
3 Tb. cold water
1 tsp. salt
2
cups flour
In mixing bowl beat eggs, water and salt.
Add flour. Stir until combined.
Turn out onto floured counter and knead until
smooth. cover with upside down bowl for 15 - 25 minutes
Divide into thirds and roll each portion to 1/8” thickness.
Cut noodles
as desired and cook in boiling liquid.
(uncooked unrolled noodles may be stored
in fridge for 2-3 days.)
