Rhubarb Strawberry Topping


Easy Rhubarb Strawberry Topping

4½ cups diced rhubarb                                  
4 cups sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Simmer together rhubarb and sugar. Add jello and stir to dissolve. Cool. Serve over ice cream or plain cake. Leftovers can be reheated and put into sterile jars and seal.
