Cranberry Whip Cream Salad
- Aunt Edna
1 8 oz. can
crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
1 3 oz. pkg.
raspberry Jello
1 6 oz. can
whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. orange peel
1 can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Heat.
Add Jello and dissolve.
Add cranberry sauce and orange peel. Stir then let
set until syrupy. Fold in pineapple and mandarin orange sections.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and set until
firm.
Good with turkey.
