Macaroni Fruit Salad -
Olivet Prince
4 eggs, beaten
1½ cups lemon juice
2 cups icing sugar
Cook until thick. Cool.
Add cut up fruit such as apples, cantaloupe,
grapes, bananas, pineapple tidbits, etc.
Add 2 cups cooked macaroni or spaghetti (after cooking,
rinse well and chill). Cover and refrigerate over night.
Whip 1 cup whipping cream; fold in just before
serving. Garnish with toasted walnuts.
