Corn Chowder – Maria Roberts
Fry ½ lb. chopped bacon.
Add 1 small chopped onion and some red pepper, if
desired.
Cook until soft. Add 1 can creamed corn
1 can niblet corn
1 can evaporated milk.
Add ¾ cup potato pearls. Simmer ½ hour.
