Raspberry Coulis


Raspberry Coulis

1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen raspberries in syrup
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Puree in blender. Put through a fine sieve to remove seeds.
Makes 1 cup.
Or use 2½ cups fresh raspberries and ¼ cup sugar
It is handy to have in a squeeze bottle.
