Easy Rhubarb Strawberry Topping
4½ cups diced rhubarb
4 cups sugar
1 small package strawberry Jello
Simmer together sugar and rhubarb until tender.
Add jello and stir to dissolve. Cool.
Serve over ice cream or plain cake.
Leftovers can be reheated and put into sterile jars and seal.
