Topping for Angel Food Cake - Joyce Salmon
Mix together well: 4 egg yolks
½
cup sugar
Add ¾ cup pineapple juice. Cook until thick.
Add 16 large marshmallows. Stir well until
melted. Cool.
Add 1 cup cream whipped. Refrigerate.
Spoon over cake then sprinkle with crushed
peanut brittle.
