Bread and Onion Stuffing Balls

Bread and Onion Stuffing Balls

Fry:      1 cup finely chopped onion in ½ cup butter.
Add:     2 teaspoons salt
            ¼ teaspoon pepper
            2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
2 envelopes chicken seasoning (Knorr) or
1 or 2 tablespoons Chicken Boullion
            2 cups water
Stir well, pour over 3 quarts cubed bread.
Makes enough to stuff a 12 lb. turkey and 10 dressing balls.
I make it all into balls.
Place them in large cake pan if you are going to bake right away. Put into a glass pan if baking later.
Cover loosely with parchment paper then foil.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
