Chicken
Wings – LaVonne Gehmlich
Cut wings apart. Dredge with flour.
Dip in mixture of:

parts melted butter and 1 part oil
Arrange in cake pan. Cook until golden in 425*
oven.
Drain.
Sauce: 1/3 cup
brown sugar

Tb. vinegar
2
Tb. soy sauce
salt
and pepper to taste
dash
garlic powder
1
teaspoon chicken boullion
1
cup hot water
Bring to boil, pour over wings. Bake, basting
often.
