Chicken Fried Pork Chops


Chicken Fried Pork Chops

½ cup flour                             
2 teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons dry mustard                
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Combine above ingredients. Dredge 6 loin pork chops.
Brown on both sides in 2 tbsp. oil. Place in slow cooker.
Dilute 1 can Cream of Chicken soup with ¼ cup water.
Pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
