Dodie's Chocolate Cake

Dodie’s Chocolate Cake 

Stir together:   1 cup flour

                        1 cup sugar

                        1/3 cup cocoa

                        1 tsp. baking powder.

Add ½ cup sour milk and ½ cup oil. 

Beat well.

Add 1 egg and ½ cup boiling water in which 1 tsp. baking soda is dissolved. Beat slightly.

Bake 40 minutes at 325*.
