Honey Lemon Chicken


Honey Lemon Chicken – LaVonne Gehmlich

Coat chicken pieces with seasoned flour, then dip in melted butter. 
Place in pan with skin side up.
Bake at 400* about 45 minutes, drain off fat.
Cover and baste often with 1 cup honey mixed with 2/3 cup lemon juice
Bake another ½ hour at 350* without lid, basting several times.
