Sweet and Sour Chicken - Darcy
4 to 8 breasts,
1 egg beaten, cornstarch
Pound chicken pieces to make thinner
Dip each chicken piece in egg then in cornstarch.
Fry both sides in oil until golden.
Place in shallow glass pan and pour sauce over.
Bake uncovered in 325* oven for 1 hour.
Sauce: 4
Tb. ketchup
¾ cup sugar
½
cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½
teaspoon garlic powder
