Scones


Scones or Fried dough

After bread dough has risen and is still fluffy, cut off chunks of dough and gently stretch into circle. 
Fry in hot oil.
Or you can take pieces of dough (that has risen), roll to make a ball and place with space between on a greased cookie sheet. 
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again. When risen take each ball and stretch out then fry.
Serve with honey, cinnamon sugar or jam.
