Spanish Rice


Spanish Rice – Bev Cooper

Fry       1 onion, chopped
            1 stalk celery, diced
            3 strips bacon, cut fine

Add:     ½ cup raw rice. Stir and cook 1 minute.

Add      2½ cups canned tomatoes
            ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
            ¼ teaspoon pepper
            ½ teaspoon paprika
Stir and bring to boil.
Cover and simmer on low for 25-30 min.
Serve with sausages.
