Christian's Yorkshires
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs
3 tablespoons beef drippings or melted butter
oil for pans
1. Preheat oven to 450*
2. Mix batter ingredients together and beat.
3. Let rest 10 minutes while muffin pans are heating with 1 teaspoon oil in each cup
4. Pour rested batter quickly into hot pans.
5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until crisp and puffy.
Yield; 8 to 10 servings
