Breakfast Ham Casserole


Breakfast Ham Puff Casserole

1 French loaf, cut into 1” cubes
3 cups ham, cubed
¾ lb. cheese, cubed
Sauté 1 medium onion in 2 Tb. butter.
Mix bread, ham, cheese and onions.
Put into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Mix together and pour over bread mixture.
            8 eggs, beaten
             3½ cups milk
             ¼ cup mustard
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In morning, bake at 350* for 60 minutes or more.
