Porcupine Meatballs


Porcupine Meatballs

1½ lbs. ground beef                       
½ cup uncooked  rice
1 teaspoon salt                               
½ teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 10 oz. can Aylmer Tomato soup         
½ can water

1. Mix soup and water in small roaster. Heat.
2. Mix rest of ingredients and shape into balls.
3. Drop into hot soup.
4. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350* oven.
I like to use 2 cans of soup to have enough for extra rice.
