cup butter

cup canola oil

cups sugar
Add: 2
eggs

tsp. vanilla

cup sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar in ½ cup milk)

cups flour

Tb. cocoa, sifted

tsp. baking soda

tsp. baking powder
dash
of salt

tsp. cinnamon
1
tsp. cloves
2
cups grated zucchini (if large, peel first)
Pour into greased
9 x 13 pan
Optional; sprinkle batter with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325*F for 40 minutes.
Makes 24 cupcakes. Bake at 325*F for 25-30 minutes.
