Pork
Chops with Rice
6 – 8 chops. Brown. Remove from pan.
Add to pan: ½
cup chopped onion
½
cup chopped celery
1
can mushroom soup
1
cup uncooked rice
1½
cups water
salt
and pepper
Stir well. Pour into oven proof baking pan.
Place chops on top. Cover.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
