Rolls


 My Rolls – Claudia

Combine in large bowl:          
3 cups all purpose flour                                                                
½ cup sugar                                       
2 Tb. instant yeast 
Add 2½ cups very warm water and stir vigorously.
Let sit til bubbles begin to form.

Add:    1 Tb. salt
            ¼ cup oil
            1 egg

Stir well. Gradually add more flour, stirring to mix it in until you 
have a soft dough, about another 3 cups.
Cover and let rise while you prepare the fillings and pans.
Shape dough into rolls and place on greased pans to rise again. 
When double in size, bake in 350* oven about 20 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen rolls.
